How to Get Started with Albert as your Personal Wholistic Health Coach.

Welcome to your journey towards optimal well-being! As a registered IWH Wholistic Health Coach, I, Albert am here to guide you through a transformative approach to your health. We focus on mind, body, and lifestyle integration to help you achieve a balanced and sustainable state of wellness.

Step 1: Schedule a Discovery Session

The first step is to book a free discovery session where we will explore your current health status, wellness goals, and any challenges you are facing. This session allows us to connect and determine how my personalized coaching approach can best support you.

Step 2: Personalized Health Plan

Based on your unique needs, I will create a customized wholistic health plan. This plan may include:

Nutritional guidance tailored to your lifestyle and preferences.

Mind-body practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and stress management techniques.

Physical activity recommendations aligned with your goals, whether it’s weight management, increased energy, or overall wellness.

Lifestyle adjustments to help you achieve long-term health improvements.

Step 3: Ongoing Support & Coaching

Wholistic health is a journey, not a quick fix. I will be with you every step of the way through regular coaching sessions, check-ins, and resources that empower you to stay on track. We will continually adjust your plan as you progress to ensure sustainable results.

Step 4: Achieve Your Goals

With the right support and guidance, you’ll start to notice positive changes in your energy levels, mood, and overall health. Whether your goal is to reduce stress, lose weight, or simply feel more vibrant, my role is to help you reach your potential by addressing the root causes of your challenges and creating a balanced lifestyle.

Rebecca Dukes

Rebecca Dukes is a compassionate Certified Wholistic Health Coach and Trainer, serving as the Director of Student Services at the Institute of Wholistic Health. A dedicated mother and dynamic leader, she also hosts the popular “Daily with Doc” show and co-authored Dr. Wallach’s book Metabolic Syndrome. However, her journey to becoming an advocate for wellness is rooted in her own personal health struggles.

Years ago, Rebecca faced significant health challenges, enduring daily pain and relying solely on pain management to make it through each day. That all changed when she heard Dr. Wallach on a radio show eight years ago. After consulting with him and following his nutritional supplement protocol, Rebecca experienced a dramatic transformation—her health was restored, and she reclaimed her life.

Inspired by her own recovery, Rebecca felt compelled to help others on their wellness journey. This passion led her to launch the “Daily with Doc and Becca” show, which airs Monday through Friday, where she shares life-changing insights and guidance alongside a dedicated team. Her story of healing and her commitment to empowering others make her a beacon of hope for those seeking a path to better health.
